The House of Charity’s mission is to help as many indigent
children as possible regardless of location. Houston and surrounding area hospitals and clinics are working collaboratively to make this objective a reality. The goal of this program is to provide high quality donated mediacal and surgical treatment to children of all nationalities from imprverished backgrounds locally, nationwide and internationally.The House of Charity is working to fill that need through various programs and initiatives such as:
- Providing housing at the The House of Charity Healing Home with transportation, meals, daily necessities and recreation for children during convalescence.
- Collaborating with clinics, local hospitals, doctors and nurses.
- Setting up Medical Missions of volunteer medical and surgical health professionals to countries around the world where children and young adults are treated free of charge. Local doctors and nurses are also trained.
- Established free clinics for Burn Revision and Cleft Lip and Palate surgery. Developing strategies and logistics.
- Upgrading Charity Hospitals around the world.
- Focusing caring for children 18 years and under.
- Providing care and treatment without regards to religious belief or cultural difference.
The House of Charity provides high quality medical and surgical treatment to children and youth. These innocent victims are suffering to live a life with their deformity.
