Local to Local Program Through From local to local program, we working tirelessly to assist local children and their families through: Education Resource The Educational Resource is working with the Houston and Harris County community to help students get the supplies and teachers find sorely needed school equipment, materials and supplies they cannot obtain through normal channels. You may participate in giving one year of school supplies to a deserving child of your chosen school district by donating your used, new or surplus electronics to us. The proceed will benefit a child by giving them school supply for one year or/ and teacher the items needed for the class room. READ MORE Better Homes Project: Better Homes Project is assisting families by donating items to repair their homes. Ho Ho Ho Project: This Project is designed to bring joy to low income families during the December Holiday Season. Working together with local non-profit agencies and churches to secure a gift to each one who is registered to participate with us. Chicken Day Project: For this special project HOC is working in partnership with KFC, bringing Chicken dinners to low income families' table. This program is working with the various non-profit agencies and local churches. Sweety Project: This unusual project is prepared to put something sweet on low-income family's table. Working in partnership with Starbucks and in collaboration with non-profit agencies and local churches. With this project the HOC is bringing a smile to our community. Hope Day Project: Providing hygiene packs and blankets to homeless members of our community in Houston and surrounding areas. The purpose of Hope day is to serve the members of the homeless community with love, care, respect and dignity, and also engage the local youth to participate as volunteers.
